Challenge

MiiN Cosmetics aimed to strengthen engagement with anonymous users and boost online sales through an automated, personalised channel aligned with its brand aesthetics.

The strategy needed to adapt to a constantly expanding structure:

  • Four different countries with unique audiences, languages, and behaviours

  • The need to maintain brand and visual consistency across all customer touchpoints

  • A strict requirement to operate without third-party data and in full GDPR compliance

MiiN was looking for a channel that could automate retargeting, preserve a consistent brand experience, and scale across multiple languages.

Solution

Personalised Campaign Setup

The Frizbit team has worked closely with MiiN Cosmetics to design campaigns tailored to the specifics of their K-beauty business and the unique characteristics of their international markets.

The goal was to re-engage users at different stages of the purchase journey. To achieve this, automated product and cart abandonment campaigns were configured for each country in five different languages: Spanish, English, German, Italian, and French.

In addition, the content design was adapted with images, copy, and styles customised by country to ensure brand consistency across languages.
